Mission Medium Carb Balance Tortilla's, 12 Ounce

I love making tacos and burritos, but have a problem. I am diabetic and have to watch my; carbohydrates closely. Most tortilla products have too many carbs to allow me to have more than one in a meal. These low carb tortillas are great, and I can easily use one or two or even three in a meal without worry. They are very soft and tasty, and keep very well, even after their expiration date. I got this six pack right before I went into a taste slump where I didn't make very much Mexican food for a while, As a result, the expiration date has passed by a month or so before I used them all up. I couldn't tell any difference between those last ones and the first ones I used when I got this order. I just warm them for a few seconds each in the microwave before filling them, and they become nice and flexible and easy to fill and roll up, without any tearing or other problems. And they definitely don't have the sawdust/cardboard taste that the other brands of low carb tortillas I tried.

These are the best low carb tortillas out there. They taste great, the texture is spot on and they are actually low in net carbs. Until just recently we were able to get them at Target, but they only carry the whole wheat now and so Amazon is the only place I’ve found to get these anymore. They freeze well and so it didn’t bother me when I got them and they were close to the expiration. I kept a couple in the freezer just in their package and put the rest in my vacuum sealer and didn’t see a difference in quality so vacuum sealing isn’t necessary. They thaw pretty quick, but I’d recommend remembering to thaw them over a few hours instead of the microwave, as when using the microwave they get sort of wet. I’ll continue to buy these again and again!

Soft, tasty. Not as good as the "real thing", but good enough that I don't miss it. I also like to pan-fry in butter to crisp up and then top it and bake in the oven like a pizza. SO GOOD!

These are so good. I am a WW lifetime member and so nice to be able to have tacos, burritos and sandwich wraps and only take 2 sp. The are so good and also only 70 calories per tortilla compared to the original which is 140 calories. Size wise they are very close to the same size. I will definently buy them on here again. My store is out most of the time. As you see by the picture they came boxed up and are fresh!

Our family enjoys everything wrapped in a tortilla. This is my happy discovery and we won't go back to regular tortillas. We like the size, the soft wrap ability, and the taste and we like knowing we are getting some extra fiber.

These are a daily staple for me on keto. I love the soft texture, but I can also fry it to a nice crispy brown for a quesadilla. And if I fold it up, I get a bite with a nice bread-y texture. I make mini cinnamon roll ups with butter or cream cheese, stevia and cinnamon. So good! I'd like to see it priced the same as regular tortillas.

The closest store that carries this product (sometimes) is 1 hour drive away. Love that we can have these tortillas delivered when we cannot get that far. This seller ships within a day of ordering and although the delivery date usually is placed a week in advance, I always get a nicely-packaged product in 5 days. These tortillas come fresh, stay soft and pliable, and keep well in our frig.

We love these and were unable to find any for a while. It was nice to order online and will do so again.
