Are they compatible with the iwatch?

I would say so I use them on my iPhone and iPad Pro no issues and my Iphone and iPad both have screen protectors on can’t see an issue

Does this stylus scratch screens?

No. It’s a bamboo or bamboo type fibre tip which glides nicely over the screen. Obviously you have to make sure you don’t impregnate the tip with any grit but clearly that would be the case with any stylus or even your finger. These are really nice styluses and with the extra tips should last years in normal use.

Can I buy tips separately yet??

You can buy just the tips. I bought a spare pack.
