this does work! I only have been taking it for about 5 days consistently, it has no taste, best part and you can just mix it in water or juice, which is awesome! Sometimes it does get kind of gritty in the juice or water and you just have to keep mixing it or let it sit for a little bit to dissolve! After taking it for a couple days, I did go regularly for 4 days straight, so since I am 5 months pregnant, I believe that I am going to have to start taking it every day!! very similar to brand-name and cheaper through Amazon!! huge bottle!! I would definitely recommend getting it from Amazon!! good luck!!

If you’re like me and can’t poo then this is for you! I have IBSC and use this every morning. Mixes well in my morning coffee. Effective and keeps me regular. Can’t taste it either. The size is perfect for the price. As good as MiraLAX.
