I’ve searched, high and low for an electrolyte that is low-calorie and doesn’t include artificial sweeteners. Generally, I think that Stevia tests, funky and disgusting, so I was reluctant to give this powder a try. I am pleased to announce that it is fruity and salty, and makes me feel so hydrated after a sweaty workout. The sweetness is very subtle, and I don’t taste that sickly sweet followed by bitterness that comes when using too much Stevia.I love that Enhanced Electrolytes uses Real Salt. The flavor is wonderful. I notice better energy and faster recovery when I use this product, and it’s also one of the more affordable products in the market. Best AND cheapest? It’s perfect!

I purchased this because I was having trouble drinking enough water and I felt depleted despite taking prenatals and maintaining a healthy diet. It was making it hard for me to be active. This is an affordable option for maintaining minerals and vitamins during pregnancy and allowing me to still workout and be active. It tastes tart and sweet without being overpowering. I usually don’t like stevia but this doesn’t taste off putting to me. I like the passion fruit orange guava so far. However, I did not find a scoop in the powder. Luckily I have some scoops leftover from other things and I have a scale so I can measure the grams.

The box wasn't huge and internal packing materials weren't "superior" however the packing got the job done and it is fine. Likely a good balance between box size, "wasted" packing materials, the the product itself.Flavor: 4 / 5 stars -- The lemon berry flavor is nice. While it's not a fair comparison I'd say the flavor is reminiscent of a not overly sweet Kool Aid or similar. There seems to be just enough sweetness from the Stevia to make the drink pleasant as opposed to tasting like "salt water".Cramp Prevention / Physical Feelings during workout: 4 / 5 stars. I noticed during heavier cardio workouts [90-120 minutes] I would start cramping or not feeling as good as I should and pure water [which I was using for lighter workouts] didn't seem to be cutting it -- duh :). After using the drink as directed, and doing my own research on proper hydration, I find that I'm no longer cramping and I don't "feel slightly off" any more on longer workouts. I will update the review if cramping or anything odd returns.Soreness Prevention: 3.5 / 5 -- ?? -- Honestly I tend to do low impact exercises but try to maintain at least aerobic exertion levels during the majority of the workout. As such I don't tend to get sore like you would after higher impact training. I might get a whisker "stiff" or tight and maybe (?) the drink is helping a bit with that.Extra B Vitamins, Water soluble items, BCAAs .. Do they help??: 3.5 / 5 stars. I think the answer is a solid maybe. Research seems to show they might BUT I'm not knowledgeable enough YOU to trust NOR can I say I feel better-enough to 100% say that what I'm feeling ISN'T a placebo-effect. Still having these extras in a budget product is nice and is likely a good stepping stone for those going up the fitness scale and allows them to get potentially (?) cleaner / better products in the future.****************************************Pros:1. I love this product and mix it in my sports drinks.It is the only product that lists the amounts each vitamin and mineral electrolyte individually.Other products don’t list that.An improvement that could be made... a little scoop added for convenience..:)The flavor is amazing and I do not get tired of it as I have with other electrolyte powders.This is a must.I have checked other products and this has the best value for the pricePerfectly described and advertised. My partner decided to try this electrolyte powder to help with hydration - while he was drinking a lot of water already, he still wasn't actually hydrated (water problems). Since he started taking this there has been a noticeable difference in how he feels day to day, and so now I have finally started taking it as well and quite enjoy it! We first bought this in August and have continued since, so I think it's fair to say it does the job! I do enjoy the flavor overall, so we just add it straight to our water bottle everyday. We also massively appreciate the vitamin/mineral content, especially the b12!

I still think that this is a good product, but the flavor is so disgusting. I might try a different flavor because blue raspberry is sour in a not good way. The product does mix really well and I think it does help with hydration.

Love this electrolyte powder! Flavor is delicious without being too strong, zero sugar and dissolves easily in liquids!
