great concept
I like that it keeps my knee comfortable and minimizes knee pain by keeping knee straight / very comfortable. i like it with the insert in. this knee pillow is way better than sticking a pillow between knees

Great pillow for hip pain
My sister recommended this pillow for pregnancy and beyond. She's had hers for two years now and it's still firm and has its shape.I got one when my hips started aching, and it's fixed me up. Highly recommend.

Great product
I am very happy with this knee pillow. I like the fact that it is adjustable (I removed one square for my size) and it is comfortable . It stays in place fairly well and moves easily with me. I would recommend this knee pillow.

Great for keeping your back in position.
I sleep with this every night and it is nice because it is adjustable. I started out without the insert but later found after it broke in that it feels nicer with the insert. Nice to have that option.
