Having a 17 week old puppy thats not house trained then this is for me. Very easy to use. Clean up after puppy has an accident and use this to take away the smell. Did a great joib too. Took away the smell in seconds. Priced at £4.98 it'#s a great deal. I'd get again when needed.

This is the only product that will eliminate urine odor, and I spent thousands of pounds, from the cheapest to the most expensive ones, trying to find something that actually works! My son had lots of accidents during the night, and also during potty training, so there were many accidents on our living room carpet. This was the only thing that actually worked. I'm so impressed because I really spent money on other more expensive products, and they didn't work. This one worked straight away!

This is a updated review, I initially did my first review not long after my purchase at the end of October 2022 i believe saying it works. Now for a deeper review below. Firstly I stand by my initial review of this product does work. Secondly I've been using this for Urine, Pooh an Sick, as well as food that's been dropped an left stains on the carpet. This is some guidance on how I use this product, cos ppl are saying it doesn't work but I know that they are not following the instructions correctly. Any stain I treat I do the following: Step 1) I SCRUB the stain with just plain hot water or hot water with a lil fairy liquid mixed with it. Step 2) I get a towel, then I hold the towel over my sink, I then fill my jug with cold water only an SOAK the towel until the area that's wet on the towel is a big enough area to cover the stain I'm getting out of the carpet. Step 3) I then take the towel an the spray to the stain, I give the bottle a really good SHAKE then I SOAK the stain with the spray. Step 4) Immediately after I'm done soaking the stain I put the towel over the top an I even press an rub the wet part of the towel into the stain. Step 5) Leave the towel on the stain a day yes a day maximum is what I do. Step 6) Remove the towel ta-da! Stains removed! I really love this product an its a fab price, even if there is a lil smell after all steps to removing the stain have been completed it's not really a biggie I mean just use some carpet freshener when you hoover it's a simple solution to be honest. This has been outstanding in getting rid of all of my stains to date! I always continue to use a product that actually WORKS AN REST ASSURED THIS REALLY DOES WORK. If you wanna use my steps I use please do I just don't like to see bad reviews on products that really do work, when ppl aren't following the instructions properly. I simply won't use any other stain removal product that's around this really is AMAZING. AN ABSOLUTELY DESERVES THIS UPDATED REVIEW. Great item does what it says

Great product, my kitten was peeing outside the litter box in our carpets and we had a lot of trouble with her. After ruling out the medical side of things we were told that she would do this as a behavioural issue. We had tried many sprays before to stop her from going on the floor and introduced more litter trays but she wasn’t having any of it and she was still going on the carpet in certain areas of our flat. The smell was getting unbearable no matter how much I would try to get rid of it and clean the areas it just wouldn’t help. Since I have got this product I haven’t seen her pee in the usual spots she would normally go and has been using her litter. I believe this has really helped and also has neutralised the areas that were soiled.
