Probably a stupid question, but what does the K5, K7, etc code refer to?

Dear customer, its not a stupid question..its a bit tricky for people which not work with RAL. So i really gladly answer you. The difference between K5, K7, K1 is the guide size and difference in the presentation of the guides. For the first - all guides do have all the complete 213 and same colors in! But the differnce is following: K7 - is the smallest and cheapiest one. per each page you have 6 smal fields with colors. the color field per color is maybe 2 inches x 5 inches. the guide is gloss K5 matt - is the bigger and expensiver one of both. There are per each color one page in. So the color page size is 15 inches x 5 inches. The guide is semi matt K5 gloss - same like the K5 semi matt with the difference that the surface is gloss and not semi matt K1 - is a ring block guide. With it you can compare the color families and color combinations. There are separate sheets in the fan, where each sheet shows several colours of one colour family, e.g. many shades of brown. This gives you more flexibility to see how yellow tones would harmonize with brown tones for your project. i hope my answer was helpfully for you. if you have any questions please let us know your color guides (grafipress GmH from germany)

Does each leaf show the RAL colour name?

My RAL card shows the name of the RAL colour on the back of the card in English and few other languages

is this K5 Semi-Matte or the Gloss one?

In the title is Gloss but in description and technical spec below is Semi-Matte finish. I am confused a little.
