Easy setup,and works perfectly

I've bought a few of these over the years for various outdoor lights around our house. They are really easy to install and adjust, and work exactly as intended. Our original sensor from two years ago is still going strong. I did try the upgraded 3000 model, but I found the 2000 model much more simple to use as it allows you to override the lights and turn them off without it messing up any learning function (as the 3000 model has). It also means when you turn the lights back on, the sensor hasn't reset and just works. If you never need to overide the light you can just leave them switched on safe in the knowledge that they will come on at night and go off in the morning. Super useful. If you are using this to replace an existing dusk to dawn sensor, you will find this super easy to install. If you are installing the sensor to an existing light circuit, you will need to have some electrical knowledge or get a professional in.

Good product, well made. Easy to set up and great performance (i.e. Sensitivity & coverage). Rather more expensive, compared to other products available - hence 4-star rating - but needed as replacement of near identical unit that developed a fault (albeit 10 years old) to ensure same fixings and wiring configuration.

This is a good product to buy if you want to illuminate the outside of your property when you're not there. I have 3 outside lights connected to it and they automatically come on at dusk and go off again at dawn, just leave it switched on and it needs no further attention. Very good for when you're on holiday too. The item was delivered quickly and I would buy this product again.

I have swapped onto low wattage LED lamps and my PIR detector was wearing out so the switching of the circuit was already sorted. The installation was easy although the fixing points are in line with the rear entry for the cables. Normally this wouldn't be a problem but the PIR I replaced was a retro fit so the cables were run in the mortar joint between the bricks so I've only been able to fix it to the wall with one screw. As far as the reliability its been up a month and turns the lights on at dusk and off by dawn. The unit feels solid and looks waterproof although I would have preferred a gromit connection to be sure. I do have another of these on a different circuit that has been up a year and is faultless too.

Outside lights are all on a GJD multizone controller and I was getting bored of having to re programme the zones set to come on at night with the ever changing dusk and dawn times. I decided to give this a whirl and put it on the feed to the up down lighters on the outside walls. I found a spot where the up/down lights and any of the floodlights wouldn't be affected by it. Problem solved, works perfectly. No more annoying weekly re-programming.

Sturdy looking unit and IP55 rated rather than more common IP44 which is good if the unit is exposed to the elements. Purchased the white one but wonder why the same unit in black is approx £8 cheaper. Lux adjustment but there’s no timer meaning this is a dusk till dawn unit only. Bit disappointing considering this is probably one of the most expensive of its type. Mine’s being returned as I can’t do without the timer facility.

Looks good and solid but this item is an automatic in-line switch from a power supply. Therefor because it will be powered from a supply It cannot be switched off by itself manually. It does not contain a switch other than the one automatically by using the sensor. I needed a single unit and found that a Timeguard switch for me is better which replaces the switch on the wall.

Qualità ai massimi livelli, interruttore crepuscolare facilissimo da installare (i morsetti sono a pressione) e di fattura decisamente sopra alla media !

Ottimo prodotto e installazione semplice. Ci ho messo un po' a trovare la giusta regolazione per far si che le luci collegate si accendessero/spegnessero quando desiderato, ma niente di trascendentale: basta infatti aprire la scatola e ruotare un potenziometro. Soddisfatto.

Vraiment parfait Installer depuis 2022 et toujours fonctionnel en se jour ! En remplacement d'un interrupteur horaire qui ne suis pas les saison du couché de soleil. je n'ai pas changer les réglage d'usine, installer sur le cabanon au fond du jardin en direction de l'est à 200cm de hauteur, sa fonction est d'allumé les 5 lampe de 1watt couleur Ambre que j'ai installer autour des 100m carré du terrain J'en suis vraiment Satisfait, une version 12v me ferai plaisir pour autre fonction...
