Comfortable, but buy one size larger. Very wearable and long lasting.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: These are less binding than other choices, especially the ones I was given post surgery. I recommend buying one size larger than your usual underwear size, as they’re cotton, will shrink a bit but are extremely comfortable, and maybe a bit fashionable, if that suits you. I wear them under full rise underwear for support.

Got these for post vasectomy support, these seem to be pretty good. MUCH softer and more comfortable than the one they give you at the hospital. Size chart is accurate. Be advised that the waistband sits very low on the hips.
