Designed for photographers who need performance without the bulk, the Peak Design Leash Camera Strap offers pro-level versatility in a compact, pocket-sized design. The Leash is our narrowest strap, and is ideally suited to smaller compact or mirrorless cameras. Configurable as a sling, shoulder strap, neck strap or safety tether, this camera leash adapts to any scenario. The dual aluminum and Hypalon quick-adjusters allow smooth, one-finger length adjustments from 33 to 57 inches, while the high-quality webbing glides over clothing for quick access and all-day wear. Equipped with our Anchor Link system, this Peak Design camera strap provides fast connections and disconnections while holding over 200lbs (90kg) – strong enough to keep the heaviest of pro rigs safe. Each Anchor features 2-layer anti-abrasion thermoplastic cords with wear indicators, so you’ll always know when it’s time for a swap. Compatible with all camera systems, as well as binoculars, rangefinders, tripods and more, it’s the only strap you’ll ever need.

Peak Design Delivers Again — The Only Strap You’ll Ever Need!
Peak Design Delivers Again — The Only Strap You’ll Ever Need!I’ve tried a lot of camera straps over the years, but the Peak Design Slide SL-BK-3 is the one that finally made me stop searching. From unboxing to first use, this thing screams quality and smart design. The materials feel ultra-premium — the smooth seatbelt-style webbing glides beautifully over your clothes without catching, yet has enough grip on one side to stay put when you want it to. The hardware is all metal and feels rock solid, and the quick-adjust handles are genius. Tighten it up, loosen it out — all one-handed, super fluid, super fast. The Anchor Link system is the real game-changer. I can switch this strap between my DSLR and mirrorless bodies in seconds, or remove it entirely when I’m shooting on a tripod. No more fighting with fiddly loops or clips. It’s also incredibly comfortable for long shoots. The strap distributes weight evenly, even with a heavier setup like a 70-200mm lens. After a full day of street photography, I barely noticed the load.Stylish, sturdy, smart — Peak Design knocked it out of the park with this one.If you care about your gear and your neck/shoulders, just buy it. You won’t regret it.

It just works!
This arrived yesterday, and today I took it on a 4 mile walk to the beach on a hot Florida day. I must say I'm very impressed with this strap. I used it in the recommended sling position, and it supports the camera very ergonomically, whether you have the camera in the front position or resting against the small of your back. Just as it says, it slides very easily when you want to raise the camera and take a photograph, and I love the hands-free when you're not using the camera. The strap holds it very securely against your body. It's a big improvement over a standard camera strap. Just scan the QR code that comes with it, and watch the setup video.

Great camera strap!
Awesome camera strap and second one for another camera. In my opinion, the quality is great and my prior strap is holding up very well and had for several years which is why I decided to buy another one for my other camera. You can't beat the style, comfort, easy locking tabs, and adjustable slides. This is by far the best strap I've owned.

The padding makes a world of difference
I bought this strap not knowing about the integrated padding in the strap. I put the strap on for the first time, and once I attached it to one of my cameras, I finally felt why Peak Design includes the padding. I was using a Slide Lite for years before this one because I was cheap and didn't want to spend the extra $20, but I'm glad I splurged on this. My neck is leagues more comfortable, and I don't end up with a line dug into the back of my neck after a long shoot.

Great Piece of Mind 👍👍
You want and need peace of mind when you’ve got close to $5K of camera gear hanging around a couple of feet from the ground. I never felt entirely comfortable with my old strap and was always worried the cheap clamp connecting the strap to the camera would fail. Thankfully, it never did, but I worried about it constantly. The PD strap connections are really well designed and the camera attachments are really secure. The strap itself is well designed, comfortable and extremely easy to adjust. You can buy cheaper, but I think if you’ve laid out a lot of money on your camera gear, why skimp on one thing that’s going to keep your camera where it needs to be and not crashing down to the floor.

Terrific.
$80 for a camera strap is really outrageous. For a kit camera that costs $500, $80 is 20% of the cost of the camera, for a strap. So, I didn’t buy this strap to be trendy, I bought this strap because my other straps (pictured) are well over 20 years old. And that’s not part time use, but daily, in a variety of conditions and neither of those straps failed me, but it was time for new ones. Enter Peak Designs. I love this strap. There’s one thing missing, my old straps had little pockets for memory cards which is awesome and if Peak Design worked that in, these straps would be perfect. I love the cross body ability and that has changed how I carry my gear. I use Nikon pro body cameras (z9,d5,d4 etc) with heavy glass. These carry the weight and distribute it awesome. Since purchasing, I bought a second one at my local camera shop, I’ve done several 10+ hour events and I can say these straps made a difference. I bought them being severely biased by the workhorses I’ve used for 20 years and my mind was changed. They are very high quality. The instant adjustable buckle is really convenient and easy. Love that. The quick connect discs are wicked cool too. Love those. The length, the cross body, the materials, the innovative clips attachments and buckles, super!! Only thing missing for me, is a pocket for memory cards and of course the downside of price. But I expect, these will last 20 years just like my old ones. 1 star off for price.
