Reassuringly sold. Very well made and lovely sound. Quite heavy enough not to fall over accidentally. Important to consult the manual to tune it correctly to set up for ease of use. I LOVE the display screen in colour and is lovely and clear and bright. It screams QUALITY and uses AA batteries (=4) and is the usual consumption rate as other DAB radios after 5 days running on alkaline batteries. Also you have the option of a mains adaptor with a nice small mains input jack and thin mains lead that does not dominate and can be hidden away. The Bluetooth feature works well also easy to set.

I've had my own radio since I was ten. This RF-D30 is easy to live with; it's reliable; it's tough; it sounds great. FM tuning is brilliant. Best portable radio ever. Batteries last about three weeks, for me. I bought one for my son, this Christmas.

This just arrived, earlier than stated (nice one Amazon!), looks even better than the picture! It's so easy to operate and tune with a good clear readout, easy to see! Not very sensitive on dab but gets an interrupted signal when someone crosses the room, the meter shows no bars and cuts out sometimes! The tone is a bit sharp for my taste but an external amplifier into the headphone socket improves it really well. All in it's a nice radio and I can recommend one of these, although pricey for what it is without bluetooth etc. EDIT: Its just started raining here and very overcast, the dab signal that had no bars has just lost signal. Nothing. It'll have to be returned, nice radio, shame it's dependant on weather conditions on dab!

Great radio, c-cell batteries last ages for me, radio has good sound, great reception and is very easy to use, have bought three more for others, very pleased.

Pleasantly smaller than I was expecting, similar in size to those scrumptious Genoa cakes prevalent at Christmas time. Absolutely beautiful informative, colour screen welcome to my myopic eyes. Seems to be a quality, well designed, matt, finger print resistant case, all’s nice. I tried to set it up intuitively out of the box, manual tucked into its plastic bag. Ok it’s not difficult to setup but I did have to read the manual to get the most out of the non-intuitive functions. For example there are 30 presets but only four preset buttons! I hate that. Pulled in loads of DAB+ and FM stations, I love that. It comes with a proprietary 6v power supply using a 3.5mm dc plug. Why, oh why, oh why, in the 21st Century isn’t it fitted with 5v USB power? Also why can’t I use rechargeable batteries in it? There’s a notice imprinted on the back, “DO NOT USE”. You have been warned. The mono sound is good. I listen at 7 but the volume goes way past 11 up to 32! You can pair it to your Bluetooth enabled phone, but, why, oh why, oh why, in the 21st Century if you don’t provide a headphone jack then please allow me to connect my headphones via bluetooth. You cannot use this radio with wired or wireless headphones!!! Otherwise I love it. It eats batteries, but much like that Genoa cake with the glazed almonds and cherries on top, the cherries are missing.

Panasonic RF D10 DAB+ radio. Top quality Japanese audio brand. Good value. Features; large 100mm speaker driver for room filling sound (with vol set to 7 out of 12 SPL reached 70.4dB - tuned to KISS radio, neasured with Android dB app). Mains powered - standard C7 "figure 8" mains lead - with option to use x4 alkaline C batteries. All necessary features included: alarm, sleep timer, backlit LCD dot matrix display, 24 hour clock display, displays track info etc... 3.5mm stereo headphone output. 10 presets were very easy to set - just press button of empty preset whilst listening to DAB/FM station to save it! Only negatives (not for me) - no Bluetooth input, no internet radio, no NiMH battery charger mode, no colour options - black only, only one alarm. However, as I am using this as a bedroom radio I prefer that it focuses on the basics, and performs them brilliantly!!!!

visto che potrebbero verificarsi sempre più black-out, ho optato per una radio piccola e che si potesse usare anche con le pile. Abito in una zona dove la ricezione del segnale è un po' problematica (peggio internet e cellulari, altro che 5g) ma trovato il punto giusto non ci sono problemi, il suono è buono.

Soddisfatto, è il giusto compromesso tra qualità e prezzo. Con l'ascolto la qualità audio migliora rispetto al primo ascolto ed è possibile equalizzare il suono con quattro modalità di ascolto. Il suo menù è molto pratico ed è possibile accederci e scorrerlo sia con il telecomando che con i comandi presenti direttamente sulla radio, meglio il telecomando. Per ogni modalità di tuning è possibile memorizzare fino a 30 stazioni compresi podcast e radio internet, credo proprio siano sufficienti. Ancora devo scoprire se è possibile e come modificare i nomi delle stazioni radio anche perchè in modalità FM le registra con la frequenza mentre per DAB e radio internet con il nome reale della stazione, se qualcuno può aiutarmi gliene sarò grato. Spero che in caso di mancanza di corrente mantenga le impostazioni fatte. Piacevole nell'aspetto si adatta molto bene al mio angolo Vintage
