My teen hates Vitimins but decided to try capsules to be fair the smell wasn’t great but most vits that contain iron smell like that however my child’s been on these for over a month and have never been so well do would recommend . There energy concentration and health has all improved

Do they work? who can say.
As is the case with things like these, I have no idea if they work or not, there's no way to tell. I take a multivitamin to kid myself that I'm at least trying to get a healthy dose of the essentials without the bother of having to eat a balanced diet. All's I can say for sure is they don't make me feel ill, nothing has turned green and dropped off and I haven't lost 20 IQ points since taking them...I think. I'll buy them again anyway.

PLEASE TAKE THIS IF YOU ARE ON WARFARIN OR OTHER BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION AS IT CONTAINS NO VITAMIN K. Very good value and offers what you need as someone who takes warfarin.

A neutral rating and review for now as I've only been taking them for a few days. So we'll see how they are go... The table size is similar to that of a Revel chocolate sweet... easy to swallow but no taste to it... just a strong smell from the bottle but not unpleasant.
