Gaiam Restore Hot and Cold Foot Massage Roller - Grey

I have had problems with my feet for a few years now, (P F) also have a fallen arch. I am seeing a foot specialist and been given special insoles also these exercises to help my feet. I saw this foot massage roller video and thought this could help, so i ordered one. When it arrived i tried it out without socks on, it did hurt a bit because of the pimple bits on it but with socks on it fine. I could feel how it will help my feet and ankles a lot if i use it for minimum 10 minutes each foot every day. You can use it either standing or sitting. It is heavier than i thought it was going to be, but its a good thing as it will not roll away from you. well worth the money.

Brilliant item, highly recommended. It's a little larger than I expected, but is just so handy to use. I keep it in the freezer, as the cold helps my foot, but you can warm it up if you prefer. Sit there watching TV with this under my foot. Couldn't be easier to use, and really helps relieve the pressure under the heel. Highly recommended.

Daily use of this has assisted in the relief from the pain of plantar fasciitis. The shape ensures all the width of your foot is covered by the item and it's easy to roll up and down your foot. Bear with it as you need to use this several times a day, for 4 or 5 days, before relief is felt - it's really helped me

Only had this a day and not heated/cooled it yet but it's been amazing for my plantar fasciitis already. Used it immediately when it arrived and after a few minutes rolling stood up and felt like my foot was normal again for at least an hour before the pain returned! Excellent, did arrive a day late though despite using prime next day delivery.

Have only just received but have used a couple of times and seems to be really good. I'm hoping it will help ease my Plantir Faciitis and keep it from coming back.

Oh, yes, daily self foot massages. Combined with my newly acquired Birkenstocks I am a happy (but evidently middle aged) biped.

Great for plantar fasciitis and for tired feet. This was an important part of my recovery from pf and made a huge difference in healing. Also, it's nice just for tired feet even when my pf is not acting up. Also, very good price. Yes, a frozen water bottle is free and works; however, it leaks as the ice melts and condensation builds up quickly so you have wet feet and carpet fuzz stuck to the bottle. Also, the shape of this is really nice for your arches. If you are currently using a frozen bottle and find it to be useful, this will be even better and last many years.

De entrada me parecio algo rústico por su diseño, pero cuando empecé a masajear mis plantas , un cambio tremendo sentí alivio desde el primer uso y balla que me dolían desde hace tiempo las plantas de los pies, en cuanto a precio , me deja totalmente satisfecho

Excellent produit, acheté un peu au hasard pour remplacer un rouleau de massage de pied en bois. Très agréablement surpris.
