Brillant Idea. Excellent for teaching children how to simultaneously sew, and be creative.

I bought this for my 6 year old niece, who absolutely loves it. We have made 2 of the items so far. Sometimes you buy these craft kits and everything gets scattered, mixed up or lost. Not with this kit. As you can see from my photo, each craft kit within the box is beautifully wrapped separately in good quality, thick, pretty paper bags, so you can just open one at a time. The sewing needles are safety needles made of pink plastic and not too sharp and there is a spare needle. 10 out of 10 from me. Very good value for money!

Good starter kit

Bought for 5 yr old. Easy to use, love the fact each item comes in its own packet with everything they need so no searching for special needle or extra bits. My grandaughter loved it and was soon doing everything by herself with only the occasional bit of assisstance. I'll be buying another soon so that she can make some different items.

Girls loved doing them.

This is a nice kit, but unfortunately not as eco-friendly as I'd thought it might be. I was trying to avoid buying plastic products and should have read the description more carefully - I'd assumed it was felt material but is actually foam pieces. You also get all the separate bits wrapped in plastic and get 2 needles for each product you make - so 10 plastic needles when only 1 is needed! On the plus side, the products you make are nice and my 5 year old was able to do this almost independently.

Looking forward to sewing with the small person who will be getting this on Christmas day, great price for this item and I hope will be the first steps introduction to sewing and improving hand to eye coordination.

Habe dieses Set für die Tochter meiner näh-begeisterten Freundin bestellt. Beide waren sehr begeistert. Die 5 jährige hat die kleinen Projekte nach kurzer Anleitung durch Mama sehr gut alleine hinbekommen und auch die ältere Schwester durfte eine Tasche nähen/basteln. Für kleine Mädchen, die gern basteln und Spass daran haben, selbst etwas hübsches zu produzieren eine sehr gute Wahl: einfach, verständlich und kindgerecht.

Very nice and Good kit, my little girl enjoying it so much, the only thing is the catalogue needs some care as instruction is not so clear and font, drawing is very small and hard to understand by a kid.

Brillant Idea. Excellent for teaching children how to simultaneously sew, and be creative. It may be particularly in this case specifically feminine. I presume there are masculine versions of this, if there are not, then it would be an excellent idea. Great gift to send if you are a Friend, Grand Parent or other. What it could do with, is a more detailed destruction set. Perhaps a more colourful and detailed booklet with more examples of stitching knots. However given its reasonable price it is good enough to get a child interested and I do not think it is limited to being a children's product, a few more adults out there could benefit from this as well.

C'est super pour une première expérience de couture. Expérimenté avec une petite fille de 4 ans et un garçon de 5 ans, résultats extra !!! En plus ce n'est pas cher. Très simple d'utilisation et produits adapté aux enfants
