Works a treat but zip lock failed
Easy to use followed instructions on the label but slow start to my brew but not sure if it’s the nutrient or the yeast, however once the brew started to ferment it went like a rocket so must do the job it should be doing so very happy. Dropped 1 star as the zip lock parted from the bag on opening, others had the same issue, if not for this would have given it 5 stars.

Helps feed the yeast
Tried this when making sparkling wine. I felt it need abit of help. Now I use it in all my wines.

this seems just as good but is much less expensive
I usually use Tronozymol, this seems just as good but is much less expensive. Supplied in a ziplock packet, so its a lot cheaper to post and that is reflected in the price. It got 2 stuck fermentations going again in minutes so I'm pleased.
