A Godsend! It provides temporary relief, and feels really good on a 115°F day! The only warning I would give is that if you are sensitive to SMELLS, this might not work for you. I bought an extra one for my niece, but strong (minty kinda smells) odors send her migraines into the ozone layer. This also helps if you have congestion with you migraines, a kinda BONUS feature. 😁

this oil in all the right spots along with a large ice pack on the back of my neck, can ease a bad bad headache. also l had a deep muscle ache in my thigh so i just rubbed some in to it too. and laid my leg on a heat pad. i think the oil helped that too. for a headache, the spots are (for me) back of my neck at my hairline, both temples rubbed in circles, careful to stay as far from eyes as possible. and the forehead. from the center where you rub in a circle to the hairline out to both sides.. having someone else gentlely doing the massaging would be nice. the smell is strong but i find it relaxing. i don't apply it to my face with the roller. i put it on my fingers and apply it to my face by massage with my hands. it really doesn't take much but if you have headaches often make sure you always have some on hand. i try to keep two at all times.

This has really helped with my migraines, trigeminal neuralgia spasms and the muscle knots in my neck. I bought three varieties, not knowing which one I would need. I have used all three of them and they’re all great. The one with menthol and the one with peppermint is very strong and makes my eye water. But it is very effective. And the relief is worth the watery eyes.

This does seem to help with my headaches. The scent is not overwhelming if I'm having a migraine. It doesn't last a ridiculously long period of time. Just seems to be enough. I really like this product.

This stuff works great! It has a strong peppermint scent, but it’s not over-powering. Anytime I feel stressed or have a headache, I rub this at the base of my neck and on my temples. The scent is calming and alleviates any tension or pain. I have multiple sticks and keep them in different locations, so I always have one handy.

Brings comfort, but not pain relief I suffer from chronic migraine disorder and suffer from daily migraine attacks. I wanted to give this a try because why not? I’m willing to give anything a try at this point. If Biofreeze is a 10, Migrastil is a 2.5 (3 stars rounded up). It’s no more cooling than putting an empty glass on your temple. It’s no more smelly/fragrant than a diffuser. It *does not* bring relief from pain (even though AI is reading that statement as a pro for pain relief 🙄) it does bring a bit of comfort in a world of discomfort. I didn’t like it at first and felt like I wasted my money, but throughout this month I’ve found myself reaching for it on numerous occasions. I like the peppermint smell, the roll-on is easier to use than essential oils. It leaves an oily spot where you apply that I always tissue off. The slight chill is nothing much but it’s noticeable enough… I’m curious about the lavender one. I’m adding this to my toolbox! I need all the help I can get. It will take me forever to get through this roller, but now I’m interested in this type of roll-on as a migraine aid. Give it a try, what do you have to lose? Pain!?
