When I selected the video capture card, the difference made the purchase worthwhile. For extra credit, hook the usb on the A6000 up to the computer as well, and use the Sony remote app to tweak the picture. **Q: Is this device hdcp compliant?** A: No. But you can use a cheap HDMI splitter to remove the HDCP 1.4 protection.
