Does this come with flexi tails? Is it suitable for high pressure?

It's suitable only for high pressure. I don't have mains water supply to my bidet and the waterflow from this tap is only a trickle in my bidet.

These products are made in germany, we installed them in our bathroom, a very good product. You can find thiake in most upmarket Hotels.

Please confirm that the tape finish is brushed nickel and not chrome

When I ordered this item in April 2022 it was (and still is) described as "Material Chrome" which is exactly what I required, and is exactly the finish of the received product. Very shiny and good quality chrome finish. I have no idea why the description also states: "Finish type Brushed" as this is not the case. Please also refer to the "About this item" section which correctly states: "Easy to care for thanks to durable Grohe Starlight chrome coating: Simply wipe the tap with a dry cloth. The particularly smooth surface a radiant result and is also resistant to scratches." I hope this helps.

Can the water flow be improved be making any alteration in this tap?

I don't think so, it's designed for high pressure. You could add a small pump to your water flow
