Is this a one piece adaptor (150mm>100mm) or two pieces together (150mm>125mm then 125mm>100mm)?

It was over a year ago, however from memory it was a one piece adapter which I used for an over the cooker extractor. Hope this is useful

New extractor fan 120mm outlet. Existing flexible hose 100mm. Anything needed besides this and clip?

Not really. One end wedged onto my extractor fan and the other on the piping. I didn't have a clip so just used gaffa tape 😉
