Quality of product is great. Well build. Very useful for children in early ages 1-3 years.

The seat comes forward to fold if when the child tries to hold the handle and climb and hence unstable. My 2.5 year old daughter does not want to use it because she's scared of falling while climbing. Thankfully there's return possible. It would ve been great to have some locking mechanism so the seat doesn't tend to fold when being used.

Looks and fits OK. However1. Should have a lock once it is positioned on the toilet seat. It tends to come forward if the kid tries to hold and climb2. Steps should be little more sturdy. My kid who weights 12kg steps on it, it wobbles a bit3. Positioning on the toilet seat only fits correctly. As per their instructions, have to position by lifting the toilet seat which is not fitting in my caseOverall fine and good product apart from the above niggles.
