Hi Has this got a calibration certificate with it.

I bought this as a present so I do not have first hand knowledge of the produce. If I remember correctly this thermometer can be re-calibrated and since you can re-calibrate it, using boiling water and melting ice, I doubt it. A certificate could not cover your re-calibration. Is a certificate a requirement for a commercial kitchen? If not test it yourself and re-calibrate if necessary. Boiling point of water 212F 100C Melting point of ice 32F 0C. It is the melt water you take the temperature from, ice can be any temperature below 32F 0C. Water, even at a rolling boil, cannot rise above 212F  100C as it turns to steam so it is a simpler reading to make than melting ice. For ice I would make a hollow in an ice cube and let it collect enough water to take the temperature. If I remember correctly they give advice, using crushed ice, on how to do it in the instructions. This is a very good brand so I would be surprised if it was not accurately calibrated. It will probably never need adjusting but it is, I think, useful to be able to tweak it if it should ever drift.

does it have auto cutoff, i want one that doesnt  have this feature, or at least one in which it can be turned off

It does have an auto cutoff but you can also switch it off.

does this have auto cut off I need a model that doesn't.

It does have an auto power off after 35 mins which is sufficient for most commercial dishwash cycles but not domestic unfortunately. If it is for a domestic unit then the only thing I can recommend is the LCD sticker type which change colour once a specific temperature has been acheived.
