Practical and Very Good Quality Product
These panniers come with straps to attach them to the rack and frame, the latter a Velcro loop to retain against frame at the bottom. I tried these and they worked fine, but don't use them as, living in urban Liverpool I would not leave them on the bike unattended. Similarly, there is a stiffening plastic liner which runs around the inside of the edge of the bags, which I tried and worked fine, but I don't use as they prevent the panniers folding flat. I put the panniers flat in my shopping trolley. The panniers appear very well made and should be quite robust and long-lasting. I used them today, transporting about 4kg per side. Even without the stiffening the bags retained their shape and did not distort towards the back wheel at the rear, where it is not supported by the pannier frame. The only issue I had was that if I pedalled with the ball of my foot, my heel brushed against the front of the pannier near the bottom. Placing the instep of my foot against the pedal prevented this happening, and overall I think that this was an acceptable compromise.I am very happy with this product so far.P.S. In October 2017 I fitted these panniers to an e-bike with 700c wheels. There is now bags of room between my heels and the panniers.

Good Quality Panniers.
These arrived today, two days after I ordered them. They seem to be pretty sturdy and are able to hold a fair bit of stuff. I tested them with a shopping run and they performed well apart from creeping towards the back of the pannier rack (which also arrived today), but that was probably more to do with where I had attached them on to the rack than any fault with the bags. As one other reviewer suggested, tie wraps might help, but they aren't an absolute neccessity.I installed the plastic inserts provided as I feel it improves the aesthetics of the panniers and will also improve their durability, though they do make the panniers quite bulky. I experienced no "heel rub" with these panniers. Happy with purchase and would recommend them. Thank you to the efficient sellers, too.

Exiting the car park I was almost thrown from the bike when the pannier on the left side suddenly got sucked into the gap between my wheel and the rack
I received these panniers on Saturday morning and by Saturday evening they were already broken. I installed them on my rack (no instructions were provided but it was simple enough) and cycled to the shop. I loaded them up with no more than 1.5kg in each bag and started to cycle back. Exiting the car park I was almost thrown from the bike when the pannier on the left side suddenly got sucked into the gap between my wheel and the rack. This caused damage to my shopping and had I been on the main road and built up some speed I would almost certainly have come off my bike and been seriously injured. There is no material to provide rigidity to the back of the bags. The included inserts (which I was using) only hold the shape of the bag when empty but otherwise serve no purpose.I may well have attached them incorrectly. I've not owned panniers before but it seemed simple enough. As I said, there were no instructions so even if I did attach them incorrectly there was no way of me knowing.

Kept getting stuck in the wheel and broke after a few months
I bought this a few months ago. The design is very nice and it seemed sturdy, with reinforcement on the bottom at the back. It was easy to set up on my bike and there's space for a few days worth of groceries! However every time I rode my bike the bottom left corners would just get stuck in my rear wheel. It made a lot of noise for one, and it's a bit dangerous to have to pull it out while being on the road. It made no difference whether the bags were empty or full, and the problem would just get worse over time. Then after a few months of moderate use ... I noticed one of these corner (that was getting suck), was completely ripped off.I simply cannot recommend this product because there is a fundamental fault in the design making them dangerous to use and no durable. But I did have other Beluko before these, and they lasted for a long time, so I cannot fault the brand. Just buy another model from them!

Don't buy this product - fiddly to fix on and take off and unsafe
This product is dangerous. I have used mine 3 times now, trying different ways of securing and filling the panniers (a problem in itself and no instructions were provided). I won't use them again as several times the material has got caught whilst cycling in the space between the wheel and the pannier rack or in the spokes. Obviously this caused the bike to stop suddenly and I have been lucky not to have been injured. This product is not fit for purpose. It is cheaply made and badly designed. It is fiddly and time-consuming to lift on and off and is dangerous.I reported this to the seller, but they will not refund as it was beyond there 30 day refund policy. They were not interested in the safety issue, trying to blame my pannier rack! Do not take the risk.

Started coming apart at the seams after four months, now complete rubbish.
I don't use these things heavily, most often it is to take a few extra groceries home, and this is only once a week or so.After four months of moderate use, one of the bags started to come apart at the seam connecting the bag to the fabric which flops over the bicycle. Okay, maybe I got a dud. I used that side until it was unusable (about one more month), and then used the remaining bag (putting less into it now, to prevent the same thing happening).Well, three weeks ago, the second bag started coming apart in the same way. One more trip to the store, and it will also be complete rubbish.

Nice bags but just one small niggle
Fitted well on my bike, easy to fit and do the job, my only criticism would be the inner plastic strip that is supposed the hold the bag open, they just curl up and don't work, a better way would be to have a piece of hard plastic on the bottom of the bags to make them more stable, I will put some hardboard in the bottom of mine. Having said that they were good value for money and I would buy them again.

A nice pannier spoilt by liners
A little disappointed that despite a well made bag the attempt to supply liner/stiffner is a wast of time. The plastic liners have no way of being held in place and are a waste of time as the fold over and collapse. That said I have now sewn Velcro to both ends and the pannier so the stay in place...Just a shame this was not already done or a small pocket in the pannier to tuck ends into.
