Normatec 3 Legs Recovery System with Patented Dynamic Compression Massage Technology - Size Standard

I took a while reading up and thinking about this purchase as it’s v expensive. I’ve only just started running again, 4-5miles every other day so this would be a luxury present as I’m not an elite athlete in anyway and I’ve seen professionals use this. Having now used it for 2 weeks I can see why….its fantastic. My achy legs are gone and I feel I can run faster and longer. I have it on the highest intensity, level 7 for an hour and it’s bliss. Very relaxing. And when I’m done my legs feel fresh as if I’ve not done a run. Usually after a run, the next day I feel all the aches and pains and tiredness in my legs. But after using this I wake up and genuinely have to question whether I need to run today, as in, did I really run yesterday? That’s how good they are at recovering my legs. My partner uses them too and loves them. We bought the standard leg one (default on Amazon). I’m 6ft 2inches and she is 5ft 10inches. Fits us both fine. On my alternate running days I do weights so am seriously considering adding on arm compression kit next. If you can afford these and exercise your legs often/or they generally ache then buy them.

I bought these to aid recovery with gym and running. I can come off a long run and jump into these for an hour, the following day its like I've not even run. Very pricey but worth it. An added bonus is when you are ill, with those horrid aches/pains, these feel great.

Used these at multiple Ironman races. I bought some as I had a gift voucher from work. I like the fact you can create your own programme. Select intensity and increase certain area (only 1 at a time) Highly highly recommend to any athletes who use their legs a lot.

The zip on one of my Normatec Leg's broke after six weeks of use - but the seller very kindly accepted my return request and supplied me with a new set. Thank god for warranty :)

My mum and I bought this a few weeks ago, and what a disappointment - way too tight for her legs. Any indication at all of the specific maximum leg sizes it would fit would have helped.

Excellent at the start but my power battery has blown and nobody is helping me with getting a replacement? So not able to use the product. Which is a shame because it was really helpful for my leg recovery

Cela ne fait que 4 jours que je l’utilise quotidiennement 30min/jour et je sens déjà que mes jambes sont plus légères. Cela me permet aussi de récupérer très vite des journées randonnée pour recommencer le lendemain 👍

Très facile à utiliser, on peut regarder la TV et même temps de profiter ce massage .. Rien à dire, sauf le prix !
