Quality and useful
Great quality. Comes in separate pairs packaging. You can use for different shoes. They really help to ease pain of walking with pronation or supination. Easy to put in the shoes and they stay on even after hours of walking or standing.

Just get these, they're are better than the slanted wedge ones
Context: My left leg is ever so slightly longer than my right, leading to my left foot over-supinating when I walk/run/do athletic activities. I tried the expensive gel padded slant wedges/as well as these in both the gel and foam version. If you plan to do athletic activities, just get these basic foam ones in black. The gel ones are harder and offer more support. But if you're just correcting an imbalance, the foam ones are better, since they just fade away into the background while still providing more than enough correction/support. Your foot will just adapt after an hour. These also have the smallest footprint, so you can still use lower-volume shoes. 5/5

Perfect
I always thought I had a pronation problem and lately was not getting hip and knee pain relief with pronation inserts.....so I was reading about supination problem some people have so I tried these corrective support pads for supination on one foot....WOW....what an improvement in my gait...no pain either....The adhesive is strong and keeps corrective pad right where it belongs. Pads themselves are very supportive......This pad has changed my life.....no pain and now a better walking gait. Highly recommended. Going to buy more to put in several different shoes. Thank you!

Perfect for my situation.
These work great for pronation. But, I wish I could buy just for my left foot! They keep the side of my foot stable. Easy to use.
