I’ve been taking Hellenia’s Pycnogenol for a few weeks now, and I can honestly say I feel a positive shift in my energy and overall well-being. I read it helps with the leg pain (cardiovascular readons). Bought it. Took it for 5 days and I can confirm, yes, it helps! I couldn't put my legs down due to pain, but it's much much better now.
