The Busy Mum's Vegetarian Cookbook

The book is alright. I like the going solo recipes but I struggle to find recipes my son would like. I wouldn’t say the recipes are very appealing for children.

Some good recipes in this book, but it purports to be for busy mums... The recipes take far too long to prep and cook, most are well over 90mins and require far too many ingredients.Would be better if it was re-titled as a family vegetarian cookbook.

Some nice, original recipes, but not written by a vegetarian and I feel this shows. Still contains some of my families new favourite recipes. The halloumi fajitas especially.

To be honest I struggled to find enough recipes that would tempt my kids into trying a more vegetarian diet. I also hate cookbooks that lack in pictures. This one has a few, but not merely enough.

Got this for my daughter. She loves it. The recipes are really simple and straightforward. Very tasty too!
