can you put this on wet hair?

I have quite dry, semi-long hair so I usually applied it when my hair was damp. The wax is very strong too so I wouldn't recommend using too much - especially if your hair is dry; I only needed half a finger-tip for my entire head for a manga-style look

Does it become 'dusty' when you re-style your hair? (I got this problem with Fonex Professional matte...)
