What is everyone using in conjuntion with this cleaning fluid to clean dslr sensors (canon 6d in my case)? swabs and/or pec pads?

Only use Eclipse very sparingly too, a drop of it on the edge of the swab should be enough, but nothing stopping you putting it along the edge either. Left to right, swivel swab round and do it other way to the edge of sensor and you should be good to go. Might be pricey, but if you bought them from a camera shop on high street etc you would be paying a hell of a lot more than whats available here on Amazon.

Does it contain alcohol or ammonia?

It does not contain ammonia but it does contain some methanol which is a type of alcohol.

Is this definitely safe to clean my cmos sensor on my sony a6000?

I have used it to clean he sensor on my Pentax DSLR - it worked perfectly (I used the solution with VSGO's sensor cleaning swab kit) and my camera is still working fine almost 12 months later, so I'm sure it will work with yours. follow the camera's instruction to expose the sensor, follow the instruction on the swab kit on how to perform the clean and all should well.
