Only mmol/L should be sold in the UK, as you know. Mine was sold by "Online Rhino Ltd.", and was mmol/DL. had to return it. **Q: How to change from mg / dl to mmol // L?** A: You cannot, you have purchased an american product aimed at an american market, hence the price! Test results are factory set AND LOCKED to Mg/DL and there is no way to change them to MMol/L which is the normal test format used in the UK. This should be clearly stated in the description of the item (which it isn't) and not left for reviewers to make people aware of. Extremely misleading listing.
