Hi, am prone to spots, do you think this cream will be alright for me ?

I'm afraid there is no easy answer to this as everyone is different. I use it for similar reasons, however, what I received this time was not the same as what I ordered or usually receive - still Nivea light, but they do update from time to time and ingredients change. I find this is not bad and better than most I've tried, plus with SPF15. It's lighter than most creams and moisturises just enough without clogging the skin. It's the best I've come across without breaking the bank and doesn't cause my skin too many problems

Is this oil or water based?

Doesn't mention on packaging but am 99% sure it is water based. Have used daily for about 20yrs and still love it. Hope you find this useful.

Is this natural or organic?

I’m sure it would say if organic/natural, it is however dermatological approved.
