This is a great airer!! I have been looking for a heated Airer for a while now, now the wetter weather is coming in we have been finding it difficult to dry washing we had an old basic Airer. Still, because our house is always cold and a little damp the washing was taking over a week to dry but this is perfect for our needs. It holds a full load of washing (depending on the size of items and what you're washing), it heats up very quickly so it starts drying instantly. It doesn't get too hot, not hot enough to burn if children touch it and so far it isn't using a lot of energy, I've had it on constantly for a week now and done four loads of washing dried and put away in that time. Worth every penny, this will be a real life saver during the colder winter months!

while its size is not an error nor it is misleading, just be aware of it when you order, this is MUCH smaller than non-electric airers. its quality is fairly good and does its job but being made of weak plastic it feels very fragile, hence the 4 stars only. if thats something you can live with, its a perfectly good warm clothes airer

I dry my washing in doors all year round and this is great. I also use a dehumidifier which I highly recommend doing otherwise you will make the air very damp inside your home. Both items are very low energy consumption so are much cheaper to use than a standard tumble dryer. My bathroom becomes the laundry room at night on wash day when the electric is 1/4 of the price. You have to lay the items on top of the airer (not hang over the bars as shown) as it only drys where it is in contact with the clothes . You will also have to refold and move items around to get them fully dry. Once used to it though it is still much faster than a standard dryer as I am able to get 1 full load dry within 24 hours which would normally take about 3-4 days.

This is a good heated airer and definately helps dry items quicker but feel the design of this could be better,for a start its too low,when you hang towels on the rails they dangle on the floor and the power chord is way too short,your gonna need an extension lead,apart from these 2 flaws in the design its still ok

Well made. Heats up quickly. Folds away easily. Light weight so not difficult to move but sturdy enough to hold washing. Recommend, good buy.

Have had to give it 1 star for prompt delivery. I would definitely not recommend this at all. Only dries the bit of the washing on the rails and even that takes so so long. I put 2 pairs of socks, some pants and a couple of drying cloths on it and 8 hours later still wet. Would return it if possible, but box unfortunately do not have the original box to return it.

Was a bit sceptical about these as wasn’t sure how good they would be but I’ve got to say I’m very impressed with the results. The airer isn’t heavy & is very easy to set up. You have to balance your laundry equally or it won’t dry & May tip up. Unfortunately the cable is really short so unless you stand it next to an accessible electric socket you will need an extension cable. Also the on/off button is in an awkward place so you have to be careful when turning it off not to catch your hand on the hot bar as it’s underneath when open. The bars get hot but not so they can burn. I use this to dry the laundry after giving it a short tumble dry first so they’re damp but not wet. I can’t comment how it dries washing from wet. I have finished drying 3 lots of laundry in a few hours. I didn’t hang the clothes on it but spread them out over the top m, rotating them as they dried. The cost is very reasonable too, approx 4p per hour so that’s a big saving. This is definitely an addition to drying laundry indoors and will pay for itself in no time.

Works well and doesn’t cost a lot to run.
