Great Value
These are half the price of other similar products and I nearly bought a more expensive stand but Im really glad I didnt. They appear to be well made, they are very sturdy once clamped to a work bench/desk/table and do the job very well indeed. Great value at the price paid and I wouldnt hesitate to buy them again although They look like they will last a long time so I dont expect Ill be replacing them any time soon.

Great useful, bought for odd reason!
Was looking something that would clamp on to electric hospital type bed, to hang pain relief pump from. Actual medical drip stands that clamp on to bed were coming in at £130 plus. Amazon amazingly came up with this as a suggestion. Thanks Amazon. My parent is on a pain relief pump driver. The pump syringe driver kept falling/ getting knocked off bed or table. On one occasion pulling out the drip itself from my poor parent. Ouch. This clamps on to the metal frame of the bed and is rod is extended, with the pump/syringe driver hanging from the hook. Great job

Don’t buy if you have a dremel
This stand says compatible with dremel, and yes you can hang a dremel on it even though the top part bends slightly when you do. It’s around £5-6 currently and for the price it’s ok but it’s not a dremel stand which is quite expensive but I now see why the dremel stand cost a lot more. Firstly the construction of this is poor, it bends at the top when you hang a dremel 4000 to it. Secondly as a few people have mentioned the plastic does bend when tightening it ( do not over tighten this as I have a feeling the plastic will crack), but there is a way around this if you are putting it in the same position every time you use the stand, I suggest you use the dremel to carve out a circular hole at the bottom of your desk the same diameter as the circular clamp at the bottom of the stand, to a depth of around 3-5mm at the bottom of your desk, this should secure it without you having to over tighten the clamp hence bending the plastic. Thirdly a dremel stand extends double the length of this and that is for a very good reason, when attaching the dremel flexible shaft you do not want any coiling and you want minimal bending as this will put a lot of stress on the dremel motor hence burning it out, I feel the 550mm length is not long enough and too much of the flex lies on the desk when using it. In conclusion, for the price it’s ok, it’s not a bargain, you pay for what you get. I am currently looking for something longer to hang the dremel on without having to pay the extortionate dremel stand price. I hope this helps

Does the job. Good value for money,
At this price who can complain. I use my rotary tool with a flexi-shaft and sharp bits (for carving bonsai trees) and without a stand like this it's hard to move around freely and potentially dangerous. Hang the tool on the stand and hey presto - freedom of movement. The clamp is perhaps not as strong as it could be and the stand itself is obviously fairly thin material. However I've just done a four hour session with it and no problems. I think it'll last well if taken care of. Recommended.

Poor quality, barely works.
I honestly don’t understand how anything is meant to hang on this. 1: The telescopic sections don’t tighten so I’ve never been able to use its full height. 2: The shape of the mount is poorly designed and struggles to grip the desk. 3: Where the pole meets the mount is it only connected by 1 small screw, which, as you can see from the photos, snaps the plastic fairly quickly. It also meant that it never stood straight when any amount of weight was hung on it.
