A great much needed device. I already have one of these fitted in my car. My friend is always commenting on how good it is and how she would love to have one. So I thought I would treat her. It comes well presented in a mainly black coloured branded box, so I'd say its suitable to give as a gift to anyone who drives a car. It has a little instructions booklet demonstrating on how to install it and use it, this is easy to follow. You also get a USB cable provided, as well as two accessories to attach it to the windscreen. One is a simple 3M sticker with an adjustable mount, whereas the other is a suction cup fitment that is secured closed via the locking clip. She decided to use the the suction cup attachment and fastened it to her windscreen, then fitted the dash cam into the screw in part on the suction cup and plugged it into the cigarette power point. I showed her how to hide the wires in the lining of the roof. She's really happy now that she has one of these fitted. When I turned the ignition on it automatically turns the dash cam on. Your aware that it has turned on, as it makes a little connection tune. The menu system is very easy to understand and operate. I went for a drive around and whilst driving I could clearly see the road ahead of me on the screen of the dash cam. I replayed the recording back on the small compact 2.7inch LCD dash cam screen and I'm really happy at how clear the video quality actually is. You can see everything in good detail, you can even read the car registration plates of the cars that's ahead of you as well as the cars coming towards you, as it has a 170 degrees wide angle lens. It's packed with the same features as mine, like the motion detection function. This is for when the car is parked. Should any motion be caused to the car, then the dash cam will record it. It also has a sensor function that will activate the dash cam if a collision occurs although I've yet to try this feature and hope I never have to use it. She feels more safer on the road since she got this. You can adjust the settings for recording, this allows you to adjust the length of time you record for. There's a continuous recording option or you can loop record. She love this feature as it prevents using up all the memory on the SD card. Final thought, of course she's really happy with my gift, it looks a good quality camera. And it's a great added safety device, that doesn't take up much room at all on her window. It's was really easy to fit and the performance is brilliant.

Usually I say if you buy cheap,you get cheap. Not in this case,you get more than what you pay for. First,it comes well boxed, the camera is all metal and really looks like a normal camera you would take holiday snaps with. Second, The picture from this is truly HD, unlike other cameras that CLAIM to be. Clear, sharp picture during the day, but in all honesty, night pictures are fair, but not brilliant. If you are looking for a really good, fantastic value for money dash cam, this is the one to go for. I will be buying a second one for my Wife's car.

Had to arrange return on same day as delivery. This is the 2nd dash cam I have had to return recently. Thought this one would be ok, 28 5 star reviews, camera certainly has a solid feel to it, fitted the mount already on screen, in situ cable fitted ok. All going well until I put the 32Gb SD card in, no nice click as it went in, no it promptly disappeared into the camera casing! Unable to get it out so I have lost my card. Cannot find a website for for Denicer to tell them they owe me an SD card. I looked at dozens of dash cams on Amazon reading tons of reviews before deciding on this one. I am not having much luck with these, my cheap G1W lasted 4 yrs before giving up the ghost. Update on last review, gave it one star, have now been in contact with Denicer who have been very efficient in dealing with this. They offered to send a free replacement camera but I declined this in case of a repeat problem, I suggested that it would be easier (and cheaper) for them to send a replacement SD card and they say they will do that. Due to their excellent customer service I have upped the star rating.

As already vented my disappointment on the above 'Sandisk' review.. I will again with this review.. The 'Denicer' dash cam was a bit of a waste of my time I'm afraid.. (A) it arrived on time, (B) wrapped and packed very well, (C) looked great when unpacked. Then my problems began... The Camera when turned on appeared just to display its own name 'Denicer' nothing else , no matter what of the various buttons that the instruction booklet said when pushed would happen. Also I had to wait for the 'Sandisk' memory card to arrive ( from holland ) Hoping that was the reason the camera wasn't doing anything. But then I found that the memory card didn't fit the card slot on the camera anyway , it was far too small for the slot. SO! I gave up then I'm afraid. and have returned the Dash Cam as in my mind it was a faulty item. Sorry!!

My Mrs got it out of the box about 2 months ago, fitted a sandisc ultra 32gb card and worked well. Then one morning turned on Denice logo lit up and nothing else. Tried full recharge in house, wiped and reformatted the card and tried all the buttons. Tried the reset button no change. I tried to connect it to the pc but it wouldn’t see the camera. Being quite conversant with cameras etc, I thought I would log onto the denicer website and download the latest firmware - however the website is under “construction” so no firmware available.

It was ok, records but broke within months

I would like to say that I really like this dashboard camera, good quality for the price, full hd record, I’m very happy for the choice I made. Highly recommend

Qualité de l'image convenable, mais l'autonomie de la batterie est vraiment ridicule: autour de 15min. Donc la caméra doit etre continuellement branchée a l'allume-cigare; et le mode surveillance en parking sera donc très limité même si la mise en veille est activée.
