Was a little dubious of how this was going to go when I read the instructions. Ordered a tempered glass protector for a different phone at the same time so had something to compare it with. I'm not sure about you but have habitually purchased a protector at the same time as getting a new phone only to apply it with usually dubious results. My phone then goes from looking pristine to a rather rough second in the time it takes to apply. Anyway the application of this screen guard is different. You have to first get a bowl of water and add a little hand soap. You then take the back off the guard and immerse it in the bowl. You should also wash your hands in the mixture leaving them nice and wet to ensure there are no fingerprints left after it dries. Remove access water from the guard when removing from the bowl. Place sticky side from which you removed the back onto the screen of the phone. Line it up and then using the little plastic tool smooth out the bubbles to the edge of the screen. I was shocked as after following the instructions to the letter this left a perfect, invisible, hardened film over the screen of the phone. In fact the finish is so good you would have difficulty knowing the phone had a protector. When comparing with the tempered glass protector this in my opinion is far superior though both applications were successful. The tempered glass is very visible and detracts from the clean finish of the phone screen whereas this blends into the finish almost as if it was factory applied.

not sure about the military grade as i didn't expect such a flimsy screen protector. Not to rubbish it, as I don't intend to find out, if it works so I'm trusting that it is. Had no trouble fitting it however, ended up with a hair on the screen which is frustrating me, once its on, its on. Take your time and a clean environment when applying. Get it right first time!

If you're looking for the perfect screen protector for your priv, then might want to look elsewhere, however this one does a decent enough job to keep you satisfied.The protector isn't quite edge to edge and lengthwise it leaves a small gap at the top, but once I put on my case, it covers those spaces anyway.One thing to note is that this protector isn't your standard peel off and put on type. It requires water and soap and according to the instructions... Must be left for 5 hours to dry. Sounds like a hassle for something that isn't perfect, but it wasn't that bad.I would say to get this if you can't find any other options, which is a very valid problem.

The instructions on how to fit the screen protector were spot on and I had no problems. It is important to leave the protector to properly dry hard after attaching it to the phone screen. All very straightforward, I must say.

Have applied many screen protectors to phones and this is without a doubt the most frustrating. Don't bother, it would be easier carrying water in a sieve. Utter waste of time and useless. Only leaving one star as delivery was quick.
