Do you guys send the right size shoe on the third time trying to get a regular fitted 9? Like holy f****

As I said the boots were great and they were in great condition because they were brand new they are comfortable to work in

Are the soles slip/skid resistant?

I never really understood what "skid resistant " really means. What surface? Is it wet or oily? Level ground? I can tell you that the sole on this boot is very soft and on dry, level ground they have excellent grip.
