Love this! This is my second jar. Use when my sinuses are not clear (especially when ill) and this works very well. It comes with a scoop that has 2 sides to measure a smaller or larger amount of salt used.

Use this primarily as a rinse after brushing my teeth. Regular salt is too strong plus this dissolves completely

First of all, this jar is huge. We’re talking 12 ounces of pure sinus-saving magic. If salt were currency, I’d be rich. Comes with a clever double-sided scoop—one side for the neti pot (a.k.a. the porcelain teapot of doom), and one for the classic squeeze bottle (a.k.a. my nose geyser). It’s like NeilMed said, “Why not make this slightly terrifying process convenient?” This salt has seen me through crusty chaos and congestion so thick it had its own zip code. And unlike those pre-mixed packets that seem to evaporate the minute you open the box, this jar will outlive me, my descendants, and probably the internet. I'll see you again in 25 years, Himalayan Chandra—unless I develop a bizarre salt addiction before then. In short: it’s salt. It’s affordable. It makes nose waterfalls oddly satisfying. What more could you want?

Have used Neti pots for years, and this Chandra pot is my fave I find this design's water-filling opening less , hmmm, splashy for the way i position my arm and hand. The spout is comfy,. First time users may benefit from watching vids before buying any Neti pot, Look for vids that have good details. This Chandra pot is IMHO a good choice. Enjoy less congested sinuses abd maybe just maybe a little less allergy or stuffynose -related undereye darkness

I have been using this product for years. The ENT doctor suggested this and I have not seen him since that suggestion. Before opening for the first time flip it over and shake the jar hard and the scoop will pop to top. For sinus or cold use the big scoop. You can also use the small scoop to make blood pH saline for wound rinse. Always boil any water, and let cool to body temperature before using for nasal rinse. There are bacteria in tap water. The jars are ofter less per ounce then other neti pot salts. Even when you are sloppy and let the salt clump it dissolves quickly.

I like how fine the salt is. It dissolves easily. I don’t like the oversized scoop they’ve included. I do like that one side is good for measuring the salt (although I’ll use less) and the other side of the scoop is about right for the amount of baking soda you need (half the amount of salt). I’m surprised there wasn’t a silicone packet included to keep the salt from caking but there are always plenty of those around in any kitchen.
