Silvo Metal Polish Wadding, 75g (Pack of 1)

Remembered as a kid my nan always using Silvo so as soon as I saw it was still being manufactured it was a no brainer to buy it for my white gold necklace and silver pendant that was a pretty grubby. As remembered, the results were brilliant, easy to use, instant results and I just washed off the dirty remains with soapy water, now looks brand new. Took me all of 5 minutes. Just proves ol skool is the best skool 👍

I bought this for my daughter’s heavily tarnished Pandora charm bracelets. And it was brilliant although a tad messy the charm bracelets is now like new. Tin size was good with enough to clean both bracelets and still had some left in the tin. It was good value for money and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Remember this make from many years ago and bought the polish wadding recently in a last ditch attempt to bring to life some old silver photo frames that had been horribly neglected (I had attempted to do this using silver clothes and a couple of other products with no success). The Silvo metal polish stripped through all the tarnish in literally minutes and exceeded all my expectations. Just annoyed I wasted so much money on the other ‘fake’ products and didn’t go with the one my mum used to use.

Cleaned silver well. More convenient than liquid version. Good price compared to other retailers.

I made the very stupid mistake of cleaning my Pandora bracelet with Baking Soda. Don't do it, peeps! DON'T DO IT!!!! My bracelet went very dull and had a yellow tinge to it. When I tried to clean it, it would go yellow again the next day. After debating whether to buy a new one and try to replace the charms (most of which are no longer available), I decided to give Silvo a try. Oh my days!!!!! Not going to lie, it was a chore! It took two hours to clean all the charms and the bracelet, but it was totally worth it!!! My bracelet looks brand new, and still looks new after a full week of wearing it. Never again will I be so stupid!! I will use Silvo for all my silver jewellery from now on!

Does what it says

I bought this to clean some silver plated items. It worked well but didn’t last long and had a strong chemical smell.

Ottimo prodotto per lucidare argento. Mi è stato consigliato a suo tempo da un professionista, condivido il fatto che sia il più efficace, sicuro e pratico in commercio. Si può ravvivare la lucidatura più volte con un panno per evitare di usare prodotto troppo spesso. Raccomando, quando si utilizza, di aspettare a lucidare che la superficie appaia appannata, significa che il prodotto ha fatto effetto e in quel momento è facile rimuoverlo.

Le Silvo est un produit très ancien introuvable en Belgique. Le seul qui fonctionne vraiment pour l'argenterir pour faire briller sans abimer.
