I mean, I did contrary to the advice of drinking plenty of water, just to see what it's got to do with the product. Indeed, you need to drink plenty of fluid with this one; otherwise, you'll be trying to push 'bricks' out of your bowel on the toilet, as hard a poo as that in my case :( So basically, this thing is supposed to draw lots of water from youg guts into your kidneys so that they can flush themselves with ease. I'm not sure whether you can get any help with gallbladder stones when taking this Quedra Pedra. What I liked most about it was the taste, and especially when drank with a cup of cola.
