iPhone SE 3rd Gen, 64GB, MidnightReceived in bubble wrap inside a plain cardboard box (so less likely to tempt would-be pilferers), together with USB-C to Lighting cable and a fast charger. The phone is unblemished, scratch free, and battery health 100%, which I have not encountered previously with a renewed product. It was sold as being in excellent condition and it is probably deserving of a premium annotation. For the condition and the price of £149.98, it is a great value iPhone with 5G capability, and it still has several years of iOS updates and security patches to benefit from. If you like a pocket sized yet perfectly capable iPhone at a bargain price, then I would say get one while they are still available.

Bought as a replacement for my iPhone 6s which I’ve had for more than eight years. Fairly straightforward transferring data via the cloud and a very helpful YouTube video!!Solidly built with excellent tech including battery life, camera, screen and aesthetics that are most pleasing. And of course the all important home button!!!!

I'm delighted with my refurbished phone which I seriously doubt was ever used as it appeared to be in immaculate quality when it arrived. The description said 'excellent' but I wasn't quite sure what that would mean but every inch of the phone looks perfect to me. And it arrived with the original Apple charger still wrapped around the original card holder that I know new iphones come with which further reinforces the opinion it was never used. The battery life is acceptable - I don't believe it's quite as good as new, but it's good enough for the fairly light use I make of my phone. So all in all, a great purchase. I deliberately wanted a small, light phone, and to save money by not buying new.

I bought these two 3rd generation iPhone SE’s for my parents as their older phones were starting to give up on them. And a few weeks in I’m glad to report that both phones are absolutely fantastic I know that both my parents love them. They arrived quite swiftly by courier, very well packed and both supplied with brand new replacement charging leads, and key for the SIM card which was fantastic and very helpful. As soon as we opened them we could see the two phones regardless of being reconditioned were absolutely Immaculate and in pristine condition Not a scratch, there’s no other way to describe it. You wouldn’t be able to tell apart from brand new in my opinion. A really superb product at a really affordable price I highly recommend everyone giving this option a go when renewing an older phone to be honest 5 gold stars all round. What can I say, the phone is immaculate and looks almost brand new. Set up was easy and the battery life was over 95%. Even came with a screen protector so simply purchased a nice case and gifted to my father (he was over the moon). Highly recommended

They sold me a damaged phone that switches off all the time potentially due to a faullty battery and seller is not cooperating with sending me the address for the return. Please send me the address so I can return before end of returning period and get my refund. Not nice selling faulty phones Amazon!Update : vendor sent me the address after I sent this message and I couried the phone back today. I'm just waiting for my refund.

The phone is in excellent condition and works brilliantly. The issue was that the phone was in Chinese, which caused a lot of problems. Luckily I could use my existing phone to reference how to change the language and region on the new phone. It took me most of the day to get it working properly.
