Does this come with a CPU cooler?

I5-8400 comes with a cooler. They're sufficient for basic use, however i'd opt to get an aftermarket aircooler or an AIO just for sanity sake.

What chipsets does it work with because i have a h110

The 8400 will not work on a H110 motherboard. Only the older Skylake and Kabylake series CPUs (6xxx and 7xxx) will work on that chipset. You need a more modern chipsets like the z370, h370 to support coffelake cpus (8xxx)
