Heat up well help my back pain
Very good heat up lovely & warm on clothing helps my osteoartritic back pain while at work . They do lose there stick a bit sometimes but overall good

They get extramly hot!
DO NOT PUT DIRECLY ONLY SKIN OR USE FOR PERIOD PAINS ON THE SKIN. These get very hot and you don't realise it. I peeled my skin off with it after 6 hours 😐 I didn't read the box... Do not put on your skin. Um yer my own fault given 5 stars as they are great for back pain over a top.... Just don't be silly like me and slap one on your womb 😒

Disappointing
I thought these were to put on your aches on your body but you have to put them on underwear or clithing. Put in pants it gets caught & knocked on loo visits & that would be for back aches, how you manage with shoulder, neck or upper back - as you need light clothing to stick it to & you could walk out or go to work with ‘funny patches’ stuck all over your body.
