Can I run this ram with Intel cpus without issues?

This says it is optimized for x670, but will it work fine on b650 motherboards if they are rated for 6000mhz?

I am running it on a Gigabyte B650 Mobo. It works great. However each mobo could be different. Go to the website for your mobo model. Look under support for the ram compatibility list. Just to be sure.

Can it be tuned to run at 5200 mhz?

Most motherboards will allow you to overclock or under clock RAM. If you have 5200mhz ram stick + this, it will likely automatically down speed this ram to match speed.

Is it compatible with Lenovo ThinkStation P360?

No 4000 MHz is the limit for that P.C's motherboard. according to the specs on the website.
