Fantastic product, 100% satisfied. My dog unfortunately peed all over the back seat of my car on a trip to the vet. The smell the following week was horrible (even though I had used a car seat shampoo in an attempt to clean it), found this product on Amazon and based on the reviews, I decided to try it. The seats are fabric and obviously the dog pee had penetrated into the foam. With one treatment, left overnight the smell has been completely neutralised. Even close up to the seat I can't smell anything now. Highly recommended based on my experience and well worth the price. I decided to treat the seats for second time but really that was just for my benefit as it had worked on the first application.

Our elderly cat had peed on the carpet in our bedroom, we didnt discover it until late that night and my husband poured a jug of water in the carpet in his attempt to clean it. So the smell had spread over a wide area. I was extremely sceptical, as nothing had cured the smell so far and I was looking at getting the carpet replaced. This stuff worked to get rid of the smell totally, I thought I detected a slight whiff about a week later, both faint cat pee and also damp (probably when the underlay started to dry out properly) I sprayed again with the spray (very generously) and it seems to have fixed the problem for good this time. It smells slightly of almonds for a little while, then once you've hoovered the smell faint smell is gone. Im not sure if ours was a dodgy bottle, or if I did something wrong screwing the top on but it leaks like crazy if its on its side. Not a problem for us.

I love this stuff — it’s perfect for pet accidents. It smells really clean (not overly perfumed) and genuinely gets rid of both cat and dog odours rather than just masking them. It’s become a staple in our house. My biggest complaint is the bottle design. When you’re using it, the liquid seems to drip out of the handle, so you end up wasting quite a bit. There also always seems to be a good amount left in the bottle by the time it stops spraying — it feels like the tube inside isn’t long enough to reach the bottom. It’s also impossible to see how much is actually left because the whole bottle is wrapped with no viewing window. You can gauge it by weight, but it would be much more useful to check visually. That said, despite the annoying packaging issues, I keep buying it because the product itself works so well.

About a pint of urine was spilt on a fitted carpet by a bed. Apart from a bit of dabbing with a sponge and towel immediately after the spill, nothing else was done. After about 36 hours the developed bacteria began to smell very pungently and powerfully. The room became unusable despite using a carpet shampoo machine (a mistake, apparently) and putting layers of bicarb on the area. The bicarb (baking soda) worked well but is only a temporary solution. The smell comes back after vacuuming the carpet. After a lot of increasingly desperate research on Google and Amazon I ordered this product. The result was magical. After 48 hours the smell was barely noticeable and after 72 hours was completely gone. This is a seriously impressive product and I didn't need to use much of it.

Have been using this stuff and singing it’s praises for years BUT the new bottles leak everywhere. Old bottles came with trigger spray already attached and worked just fine, never had one leak in transit either. New ones come with ordinary screw top and trigger spray separate. It is impossible to fit the trigger so that it doesn’t leak. Why oh why has it been changed. Product itself is still good, smells good, removes pet odours preventing repeat marking but now have to buy a spray bottle to decant it into

This spray is awesome. I have a cream coloured wool carpet and my dog came in with muddy paws and before I could catch him he made a real mess of the carpet, I was worried that I wasn’t going to be able to get the stains out, but this product worked wonders and it all came out with ease. “Fantastic”

I've never been so happy to receive a cleaning product. We had gone from an orderly household to one in which it felt every living creature (including humans) were committing unspeakable acts over the carpet in the space of 2 days. Most of it was down to the new puppy but our youngest had an unfortunate incident where his dinner came back after a particularly eventful day in the sun at legoland. On reflection a, heavy dinner of chorizo bean chilli probably wasn't the best for him after a day like that. After the horrors that ensued there, we've agreed to retire that family favourite meal for a while as I for one can't look at it and feel remotely hungry. It's worth mentioning our carpet is a creamy beige. You know what colour chorizo bean chilli is, right? We cleaned up as best we could but the aforementioned puppy KEPT GOING BACK TO THE SPOT AND LICKING THE CARPET. Cleary something was lingering. In comes this marvellous bottle to save the day. I went round the areas the pup had peed on the carpet and it got rid of any lingering smell very quickly. Also copious amounts were sprayed on the scene of the chorizo bean chilli's 2nd coming. After leaving it to work for the recommended time we blotted it up and went back for a few sniff tests as it dried up. Everything seems fine. No residual smells and no staining. I even sprayed it straight on to a wet patch of puppy pee and blotted it back up and it seems to have tackled it in one go. So all in all pleased overall as it seems very effective. The puppy hasn't returned to that particular patch of carpet since for a sneaky taste of 2nd hand chorizo bean chilli. The smell isn't great to me - it's hard to describe, it doesn't smell super fresh or anything, nor is it particularly unpleasant. It just has a small that doesn't do much for me. But in terms of dealing with some truly nasty stuff, it seems to excel. The spray has harmless bacteria in it to really get down to business with anything causing a stench. To cap it off the dog pooped on the carpet this morning too. In the 30 seconds I didn't have eyes on her. Fortunately it was easy to pick up and a quick spray / blot has dealt with any potential odour. No doubt I'll need more spray as I'm half way through the bottle already. But I'd definitely buy more of this. Also, it's fairly pricey but considering it works well, I think I can live with that.

So far so good, pleasant smell from product, no lingering smell of dog urine and apart from one accident, no more messing in the same area either , seems to do what it says on the tin. The spray also works well.
