The Bach Remedies Workbook: A Study Course in the Bach Flower Remedies

I've completed the first level of Bach remedies at the Bach centre. I purchased this book after my course.It's a great start or continuation, I could have easily gone through this book and wouldn't have needed the course (if I was only after personal use). I personally only took the course because I want to carry it on to become a practitioner. If you're buying the book to understand Bach it's perfect and is all you need. I love the little case studies in the book. Forget the print quality (some of the case studies are a bit dark and needs more effort to read) as the main thing is getting the information than the quality of the print. That's my opinion anyway.

Easy to use, easy to understand and excellent for brushing up and reinforcing your knowledge. Didn't like the role play exercise for Day 2 as it was too prescriptive and hard to put myself into a script that had already been written - I wouldn't have said any of the sentences written 'for me'! Other than that, the exercises were good and really helped enforce the knowledge of how to use flower essences properly. For someone like me, with a terrible memory, they were an excellent idea, and even once all the exercises are completed, they can still be re-read. The final chapter looks at how you can develop your knowledge further, courses you can take, books you can read; nd of course there is the quick reference guide to essences and their uses and some useful addresses. Very good value for money.

Good book for beginner

A good workbook for anybody interested in learning about Bach Flower Remedies.Clearly written in black and white as a seven-day course with information on Dr. Bach and his system.Each section is set out with information, projects and quizzes. With advice on choosing and using the remedies and where to learn more.I love this book and will be using it for a long time. It would also be useful for anybody looking for information on a complimentary way of treating emotional problems that lead to other health problems.

I had very little idea about the Bach Remedies but when someone recommended a remedy for me, my curiosity was piqued. As soon as I got this book, I was hooked! It is simplistic in its layout and my one gripe is that there are notes in the text that are dark grey with black type which is very hard to read. However, I loved doing the exercises and deciding between remedies for the subtle differences in types of anxieties people might feel. I'm only part way through and I feel I have learnt so much about the system already. It's made me seriously consider doing the Practitioner Training. I love it!

I made the mistake of buying this after a Level 1 course. It was too easy, but then maybe I had a good trainer. For those that need to refresh their memories between level 1 and 2 it could be useful or as an introduction (which was the intention of the writer)

This is a fantastic book! I bought it hoping to learn a significant amount more about Bach Remedies, and did. It has inspired me to investigate training as a practitioner. I’ve been using them for some time but this has taken my knowledge to another level. Highly recommended.

This workbook is easy to understand and the quizzes help to test your knowledge of the flower remedies. Really good book!!!

This is the book comes after having an introduction of the Bach Remedies from the most authentic book "Bach Flower Remedies Step by Step" by Judy Howard to get your doubts clear as of "Type Remedies" and "Helper or Mood Remedies" and so on. This is a very practical book with case studies that helps anybody prescribe for self or others without any mistake.

I signed up to take the official Bach Flower Essence Program and the first thing I read from other students was a suggested reading list: This was one of the suggested books - boy am I glad I bought it. With all of the more technical books I have had to read this one was the best book that gave me the edge I needed in the Bach program. As soon as I received it I started to read and could not put it down. I am so impressed at how well written it is, how easy it is to understand but best of all it is just like a school book. It has self tests after each unit and the answers for your review. For me that makes this book the best on the market because I want to be able to test my skills. I felt like the author was right there with me teaching me directly.So if you ever wanted to learn about Flower essences and need a good starting point then this book is a must!If you are thinking of or signed up to become a certified Bach Practitioner then this book is a must read before you begin the program. per chi come me non mastica bene l'inglese, ma conosce già i fiori, questo libro è divertente e da la possibilità di ripassare un po' di inglese e di divertirsi con i vari quiz... Se invece sei un neofita dei fiori e conosci l'inglese, allora è un ottimo punto di partenza con il quale avere ben chiaro l'emozione che sta alla base dei diversi fiori e capire come mai Bach li ha suddivisi nelle 7 categorie.
