Bought this for my elderly father —he loves it. Would have given 5 stars but find instructions for use confusing. It comes ready filled with water all ready to use and yet it instructs you how to fill. I am told it never needs water changed so that’s why I found it confusing.

Great product that is easy to use and works very well. Purchased for mother in law as she is prone to getting cold hands even in warm weather and she uses it most evenings. Warms up quickly and stays warm for quite a long time. I'm not sure why Amazon is asking if this product is easy to drink from? But for its intended use, very good product.

Awful uncomfortable it smelt ...going back to hot water bottle in a furry cover.

I bought this for my husband who had a stroke and has limited use of his left hand. He suffers with permanently cold hands and this has been the perfect solution. He has no problem plugging it in and charging it up using one hand and it lasts about 4 or 5 hours from a 6 minute charge. I'd highly recommend it to anyone suffering from circulation problems.
