I’ve been using these glutamine tablets as part of my regular supplement routine, and they’re very convenient compared to powders. Apple and raspberry is good, but I accidentally ordered the apple and lime and it is so bad! Worst taste, aftertaste and just so bad avoid apple and lime, but apple and raspberry is good takes a lot of shaking (as do most BCAAs) but taste is good

Pro's: Does the job, tastes decent, mixes well Cons: The scoop is too wide for any drinks bottle i use (SIS i currently use) so you need to pinch the scoop to pour it in which causes it to go all over your fingers, bottle, worktop etc. Also it doesn't smell very nice

Doesn't mix all that well. I bought it not realising it has citrullene mallate in it. I just wanted bcaa but that my fault. I still take it just half a scoop max otherwise I get headaches from the citrullene. Taste is OK. Still happy with it for the price.

Tastes great, dissolves easily, was on a sale so great value for money - helps you to push that little bit further in the gym!

This is our go to protein powder.

I get nothing from this product now apart from the sickly taste. It used to space me out in the gym and made me a madman but now it seems bunk. I have used another equal product just to make sure it wasn't my tollarance but sadly it wasn't. Bulk has gone all expensive and downhill.
