Brilliant little balls, lovely scents and comfy to squish! They’re also great for rolling on my collapsed heel arches so super versatile. Love the 3 different stages of firmness so you can use which one is best for that moment. The gratitude and wellness quotes/questions are also lovely and do evoke though, even if you’re not intending on doing mindfulness at the time. Would definitely buy again! Great quality, suitable for my small hands, yet also suitable for my boyfriend’s large hands!

So, I've had stress balls before, the usual foam variety. Nothing special. These are different. I got them as part of my therapy for a developing case of 'trigger finger/thumb', in both hands. I got a set of three. Immediately the cylindrical storage box is exposed you know these are special. The box is white and attractive, attractive enough to leave out on display, handy for use when the urge calls. Each ball is a different colour, a different fragrance, a different firmness (soft, medium, hard), and one of two sizes. They have an outer cover of a soft knitted fabric with a very nice feel. They are easy to roll and squeeze in the hand with the gel having a good movement as they are squeezed. Not that you really read them when in use but each ball has several incentivising words or phrases, a nice touch. Inside with the balls is a handy leaflet with exercises. However there is something missing, namely an indication, on the leaflet or on the balls themselves as to which is which size and/or firmness. I went back the Amazon listing and sure enough it's there in an image. So I took a screenshot and now have it on my phone as a reminder. I might print it (seems unnecessary but I have a feable memory!). But why wasn't there another leaflet in the box with that info on it? Despite that annoyance I'm really very pleased with them and regularly use them as a part of my therapy. Definitely worth the slightly extra cost compared with others.

Short version:I didn’t think I’d like stress balls as much as I did and I was pleasantly surprised. The quality is beautiful, the scent is warm and calming and it lingers on your hand, and the product and packaging are eco-friendly and lovely to look at. They do exactly as advertised and perform well under stress. Some proof editing corrections were recommended and they’ve promised to address these. I would definitely recommend this product.Long version:The stress balls are contained within a white cardboard tube with the MindPanda logo on the side. The balls are sealed inside by two small round bits of tape. When you take off the lid you will find three stress balls, individually packaged in small bags that are 100% organic, 100% compostable and 100% biodegradable.My first impression was an appreciation for the simplicity and cleanliness of the design and for the environmentally friendly packaging. MindPanda have definitely understood and mastered a clean, simple and calming presentation to their products. I find myself somehow both calm and excited just "unboxing" my orders.My stress balls came with two small sheets with suggestions for exercises, plus some discounts and a QR code for a mindfulness app. I have not looked at this app yet but I looked at the sheets in detail. Cleaning instructions are inside the tube as well. There were a few spelling errors but I’ve recommended corrections for these which MindPanda’s team have promised to look over.The balls themselves look and feel high quality. The stitching is secure, the lettering is clear, and there’s a subtle, soothing fragrance to each ball that lingers on your hand as you use it. They are a little less vibrant in colour compared to the photographs but I’ll put that down to advertising/photo editing. They're certainly vibrant enough, in any case.Initially I was wary because I haven’t used or felt the urge to use a stress ball as an outlet, but I did find them soothing to use. My “preferred” way to use it seems to be to give it a light squeeze, turn the ball with my thumb and finger a little bit, squeeze again, and keep rotating and squeezing. They do provide a concise set of instructions so even new users like me can learn how to use them.In terms of improvements and ideas, I’d like to see more in other colours or even a customisable colour set so I could get three balls in colours I love. When ordering them I struggled to pick a set due to the colour options but I eventually settled on the sun orange, charcoal and jade one. It might be interesting to have different scent options as well, which could be a promotional idea, perhaps.All in all, I’m quite fond of these stress balls. That they’re eco-friendly makes them even more likeable. I would recommend buying them.

These mindpanda stress balls are very good quality and value for money.They have got a good appearance about them and they arrived in perfect condition and on time I would highly recommend this seller.These stress balls help me to stop overthinking so much which gives my mind a break from all that anxiety.They can also be good for my epilepsy as stress is what triggers my seizures.Squeezing the hard ball really hard can stop some auras in their tracks.

These are quite nice, but they're just too firm for me. They smell lovely and there's nothing wrong with the quality of stitching. Unfortunately even the so-called softest one is still very firm. It hurts my hand after squeezing it for any length of time: I'm a middle aged fairly fit woman with no obvious problems with my hands. They're also pretty expensive for what they are.

This is my first "adult" stress ball – until now I was only using cheap kids’ ones that eventually burst with white powder. I honestly didn’t expect much, but I was really, really surprised at how much I like this product.The packaging is thoughtful, and I especially liked what’s written on the ball – little reminders and tips that genuinely help with stress. The colors are calming, the size is just right, and the softness levels feel perfect in the hand. The weight is awesome too – it feels solid and satisfying to squeeze. Even the smell when I first opened it (like a soothing spa oil) added to the experience.It also looks durable, much more so than the cheap ones I used before. I’m unexpectedly happy with this purchase. I’ll keep using it and see how it holds up over time, but so far, it feels like a game-changer.
