Milk Steamer still does the job very well - after 6 years
Well, so far, so good. I was after a milk steamer - NOT a frother as they never heat it or froth it enough and don't normally hold enough milk. So unless you spend £000's on a professional coffee machine, there isn't much else on the market that does the job. I did have a Kitchaid Artisan Expresso+Steamer but after 3 replacements in the first 3 years, I gave up with these. (The steamer packed up and getting a warrenty repair/replacement took months). My trusty coffee pod machine does the job for coffee, so just needed a milk steamer for latte/cappuccino. The pulsing pump noise mentioned in a couple of other reviews is really no big deal - just background noise. The steam is available very quickly and never runs out (until the the water does). It turns off easily without dripping. Only had it a day or two, so we will see whether leakage or electric trips reported in some reviews start to appear. My only minor grips is that the 1l tank is not huge but at least it's easy to get at to refill.Update after 6 years... gets used multiple times every day and still going strong without issues. I do have softened water and do descale occasionally anyway, which may help. All in all, it was a real star of a machine during the covid19 lock down.

Absolutely fantastic!!!!
As the owners of a small mobile cafe, we were unable to purchase a large commercial coffee machine because we simply did not have room in our converted horse trailer to house it. So instead we bought 2 smallGaggia classic coffee machines with the intention of making espresso on one and foaming milk on the other. The former works brilliantly, but we found that the latter was taking far too long to foam milk and it was a labourious task to do it, especially when we were busy. So instead I researched machines specifically designed to foam milk at a reasonable price and that would cope with large volume (50-100) cups a day. We decided to purchase the Dualit Cino based on great reviews and also the fact that it seemed to be the only machine available to buy that serves our intended purpose.I was immediately impressed with the standard of milk foaming, the speed in which it heats the milk and the ease of use. This is an exceptional machine at a brilliant price and I cannot recommend it enough for domestic or light commercial use. By far our best purchase so far for our mobile cafe and I would even consider buying another.

Fantastic upgrade over an electric milk frother.
We have had a Nespresso machine for nearly a decade (Krups Pixie) and it's still going strong. We wanted to replace our (third) electric milk frother, which was slow and had a relatively low capacity - it would take 20 minutes to heat and froth enough milk to make two medium-large lattes.Having been a fan of Dualit appliances for over 20 years we thought we'd give this a go.GAME CHANGER. This thing is a beast. Can heat and froth enough milk for two extra-large lattes simultaneously in about two minutes, with room to spare. I suspect the jug capacity is sufficient to make 4 medium-large lattes simultaneously. Less milk, for smaller lattes takes less time. One thing worthy of note is that with the electric milk frother you could only really describe the heated milk as "warm" not "hot". Not so with this; If heating the milk to the "optimum" zone, as identified by the included thermometer which clips onto the included milk jug, the milk is HOT. We haven't made hot chocolate with this yet but I already know it's going to be awesome.Super easy to operate. Looks good. Easy to clean. Frankly, if you're a fan of various types of coffee in the home this thing is a necessity unless you have a high quality steam-wand integrated into your existing coffee machine. There's a couple of things to note, which I didn't find immediately obviously until it arrived:1) the water tank has a water filtration system integrated into it. Dualit recommend that if using the machine daily you want to replace the filter monthly, if not a daily user, every two months is sufficient. Filters work out to £26/year if using Dualit ones replaced monthly. An ongoing cost but not particularly onerous compared to the amount we spend on coffee pods. The machine is supplied with 3 filters, i.e. 3-6 months worth.2) The machine is larger than you would perceive it to be from the picture. Ours is placed next to a very high capacity 1000 W microwave - it's 2 inches taller than the microwave. It slides underneath our wall-mounted kitchen cabinets with about 3 MM to spare.Neither of these things is particularly a negative issue, it's just something to be aware of before purchase to manage expectations.
