These documents work great for me, good price, smaller package, prompt delivery. Like the fact envelopes included.

What can I say? It works. I didn't need envelopes so that wasn't an issue for me. Everything seemed to lineup pretty good and I had no issues at all.

Purchased for my QB Desktop software. Tricky to align. In QB go to FIle, Printer Setup and where it says Forms, click on 1099/1096 option, then you are able to align ... Anyway, I still could not get them to align perfectly. It would either be one of the three/or two of three to look decent but I could not get all 3 that print on a page to align. Looks unprofessional.Paid extra for the envelopes and the windows show payers and recipients TIN. So can't use the envelopes. Glad I caught that before I popped them in the mail. Just a NO for me.

I worked with the alignment, and the forms printed fine. However, after I put them in the envelope and turned the envelope over, both the Payer and Recipient's Tax ID Number is clearly visible through the envelope window. In addition, the payer's full city, state and zip are covered by the paper bar. Obviously, these envelopes weren't constructed for these forms. Fortunately, I had some envelopes left over from last year that I was able to use. I would not buy again.

Arrived quickly and as described.

This package isn't missing anything. It's annoying when they're missing the envelopes or the 1096 or something. But this is a good package for small business needs.

Office supply store out of the form. Amazon always has them.

The forms worked great in QBO ( under10 now to file regularly) But the EIN and SS# wasn't covered by the thin area between the windows in the envelope! Had to use over envelopes to protect peoples data.
