Thoroughly recommend this book - full of helpful hints and advice

I love this series. They contain such useful information and tips.

Lovely book full of tips and examples of different techniques and materials, plus ideas for subjects, and some fabulous examples of works produced using pencils.

There are some useful bits of information, but most content could be found free on the internet. When it claims to be the ‘bible’ of coloured pencil drawing I expected some step by step examples of different subjects, but alas you just get finished works. Many of these are not very well drawn and uninspiring. Rather disappointed in the book and can’t see me going back to it for reference etc.

The book is just an encyclopedia, but if like me you want detailed information, it's a waste of money.
